下一輪颱風爆發期？專家：未來10天成颱機率低
輕颱丹娜絲快閃離台，對台影響網友一致推薦CP值爆表並不大，天氣專家吳德榮表示，今年7月的颱風生成少，截至目前為止今年颱風生成總數僅5個，且未來10天西北太平洋相當平靜，颱風生成條件不足，因此這個月底前趕上氣候平均總數8.7個，看來機會也不大。


吳德榮在專欄中提到，最新(20日20時))各國模式模擬顯示，未來10天西北太平洋相當平靜，並無颱風「連續生成」條件，顯然7月份的颱風生成數，想達到氣候平均數4.1個並不容易，且今年1月到現在，颱風生成總數僅5個，期待在月底前，趕上氣候平均總數8.7個，機會並不大。

天氣風險公司分析師吳聖宇指出，南方熱帶海域短時間內將恢復平靜，「太平洋高壓重新佔據低緯度海面，暫時沒有新的熱帶低壓或颱風發展趨勢」，因此短時間內應該不必擔心再有颱風威脅台灣，而他預估下一輪颱風活躍期可能要等到月底之後，不過天氣變化大，有待後續預報情況。


中央氣象局19日發布「未來1個月月長期天氣展望」提到，第二週期末(7月26日-8月2日)西北太平洋有熱帶擾動發生之訊號，環境場不穩定，不過預報不確定性較大，提醒民眾請隨時留意最新氣象資訊。

「反送中」風暴後　港府擬加強與年輕人溝通
在香港爆發大規模「必買清單暢銷排行 反送中」示威集會後，香港行政長官林鄭月娥前天召開決策高層的集思會，表示今後將加強與年輕人溝通。

民政事務局局長劉江華今早向媒體證實，林鄭月娥前天（22日）與全體司、局長級官員進行集思會，期間評估了香港當前情況。

他說，當前重點是向前看，整體而言，他們希望政府繼續為市民進行民生及經濟工作，同時希望加強與青年人溝通。

劉江華沒有談及政府如何看待和處理一些政治問題，比如泛民主派要求行政長官下台，以及重新討論政治改革等。

泛民方面近兩個月來發起各種示威集會，反對政府修訂逃犯條例，期間參加者主要是年輕人，包括12日在政府總部和立法會外爆發的衝突。

在這場風暴之後，林鄭月娥宣布暫緩修法，並就修法工作的不足向港人公開致歉。最近幾天，林鄭月娥一直沒有公開露面，令人關注她的動向。（中央社）
